We recommend having the Balloon Lights in the top Balloon of the display and if your budget allows in all the Balloons. To create a ceiling of twinkling lights , let a large quantity of loose helium Balloons up to the ceiling with the ribbons hanging down, as in the 'photo.

The lights go inside the latex Balloons and twinkle on and off for approximately 20 hours.These Balloon Lights are especially great for evening parties as there is usually muted lighting at venues and the Balloon Lights add a great ambiance all of their own.
